How to Deal with Nasty People
Unfortunately there are many nasty people in
the world. As the world gets more competitive and more and more
people fall under hard times, there will be even more nasty
people to deal with on a day to day basis. So, how to deal with
nasty people? Nasty people are often also mean, stupid and
negative.

The first
thing to remember when dealing with nasty
people is to not let them get to you. Don't be
sad, upset or take what they say to heart.
Nasty people feed on fear and emotion and if
they see you being affected by what they do or
say, then they will keep on doing it to you. On
the other hand, if they see that what they do
to you is a waste of time because you are
not getting upset, your work is not suffering,
you are still happy, etc, then they will move
on to bullying the next prey who has a weaker
mind than you.

Once you can master not being affected by
whatever the nasty people do to you or your work, you can start
thinking strategically at how to make them stop doing whatever
they are doing and even getting back at them. However, most
nasty people are losers and they usually are not happy and are
low lives. If you spend time playing their game (being nasty
back to them and so on), then you risk being like them (i.e.
unhappy and loser).
In any case, if you are not affected by then
(you are still happy), and your work is still going great, then
there is no immediate danger and there is no hurry to have to
deal with nasty people, you can take your time to plan in your
spare time what to do. You can either report them to the
authority or do something to get back at them yourself.
Bear in mind that if you decide to not do
anything and let nasty people get away with trying to hurt you,
then it is likely that someone else will be the next prey. So,
you may want to do society good by reporting the person to the
authority or warn others about him or her. But, remember,
before you do all of this, make sure that you have the golden
rule down pat because if you don't then you will be exposing
yourself to more time and interaction with the nasty people and
he or she will have more chances to hurt and be nasty to
you.
